By placing an order at ghislain clerc, you warrant that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have permission to use this site by your major legal representative and that you accept these terms & conditions. After placing and paying your order you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail to confirm your order. The contract between you and ghislain clerc is concluded with payment and confirmation of your order. Only fully paid-up orders will be produced and shipped. Although we strive to meet all of our delivery deadlines, it might happen that your order cannot be shipped on time due to unforeseeable factors. In that case you will be informed by e-mail about the delay and about the rescheduled shipping date.

Until complete payment of all invoices the products shall remain the property of ghislain clerc.
All our prices are declared in Swiss Francs (CHF). The shipping costs per order are CHF 9.- to Switzerland and between CHF 35.- and CHF 50.- to foreign countries (flat charge, depending on Swiss-Post shipping zones). Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Your order must be fully paid by using one of the payment methods provided during checkout process. Only fully paid-up orders will be produced and shipped. Order production starts only after payment receipt.

ghislain clerc does not take any liability for transport-caused damages. In case of a damage induced by shipping, it is in the customers own charge to call the responsible shipping company to account in order to bear the damage.

You may return the merchandise within seven days after receipt. Please notice that only items which are in perfectly new condition and which still have the hangtag on will be accepted to return.
